Senior Account Executive, Data Privacy

The solution includes a healthcare-focused customer data platform (CDP) and consent management platform (CMP) that helps organizations to track, analyze, and optimize their campaigns while remaining compliant with HIPAA and state privacy laws.
The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a high-growth sales team. This is a chance to step into a critical, revenue-generating role where you will own the sales process from start to finish. This requires a unique blend of technical understanding and a hunter's drive to win. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed revenue goals.
- Take a consultative approach to understand a prospect's data privacy needs and articulate the value of a technical product to both business and technical buyers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the patient/healthcare regulatory landscape.
- Manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Track Record: 7+ years of sales experience building your own pipeline and consistently outperforming sales goals.
- Domain Expertise: A proven background in selling B2B software, specifically into hospitals or other regulated markets where consent, data privacy, or compliance were key factors.
- Technical Acumen: The ability to understand a technical software product and speak confidently to technical prospects.
- Professional Presence: A polished professional who presents with an executive presence and has a natural, likable energy level. You are a listener first, but you are ready to win.
- Mindset: A competitive and ambitious person who takes pride in their work and thrives in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
