Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President of a third-party logistics company offering truckload, LTL, intermodal and expedited modes of transportation. The company provides service based on the core values of communication, reliability, and technology along with over 50 combined years of experience.
The Sales Executive is responsible for growing and maintaining a book of business. Will develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsible for quoting, building, and managing loads while communicating with Carrier Sales Representatives to service customers. Will visit customers to continually build strong and lasting relationships.

Background Required:
  • Progressive responsibility for selling non-asset truck brokerage (1+ years)
  • Mode of transportation (truckload, LTL, intermodal, expedited)
  • Quoting, building, and managing loads
  • Pricing and margin integrity
  • Negotiations
  • Customer development, profitability, and market penetration
  • Computer literate (basic understanding of Mac OS)
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Residence: Phoenix, AZ
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • Inside Sales
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
