EAS Sales Executive United States Full-Time

Overview

Our client is seeking a sales professional to drive growth across the U.S. with a focus on retail customers. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) space, knows how to navigate retail buying environments, and can build strong relationships that turn into long-term business.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with proven sales experience in EAS or closely related retail security solutions. They will be comfortable working remotely, managing a national territory, and identifying opportunities with retailers that need effective loss prevention and store security solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities with retail customers across the U.S.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in retail operations, loss prevention, and procurement
  • Present EAS solutions in a clear, consultative way that aligns with client needs
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
  • Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within retail security
  • Represent our client professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry conversations

What You’ll Need

  • Prior sales experience in EAS is required
  • Strong track record of selling into retail accounts
  • Ability to develop business independently in a remote, national sales role
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven mindset with a consultative approach
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the U.S.
