Overview:
Responsible for B2B sales of industrial filtration products across various industries.Responsibilities include client visits, technical product explanations, and solution-based product proposals. Business travel is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B sales activities for U.S. clients
  • Sell imported in-house and third-party filtration products
  • Conduct meetings with clients and distributors
  • Train distributors and accompany client visits (factories, R&D sites)
  • Develop new distributors and clients (including cold calling)
  • Conduct market research via trade shows, industry sources, and online research
  • Provide interpretation/translation support as needed
  • Report sales activities, forecasts, and performance regularly
  • Participate in internal meetings and annual sales planning

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas

Qualifications:

  • Native-level English
  • Driver’s license required

Preferred:

  • Basic Japanese
  • Experience in industrial products / consumables sales
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment or filtration products
  • Trade/logistics knowledge
  • Willingness to engage in new business development within the alcohol industry, including building relationships with wineries to promote one of the company’s key products, filtration systems.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time (Exempt)
  • Working hours: 9:00–18:00
  • Onsite daily during training period (3 months),then Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week onsite)
  • Travel: 1–2 times/month (3–5 days/trip)
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
