Working remotely within Texas, the Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across key verticals and strategic accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow revenue within the Texas territory, developing a clear go-to-market strategy for the region.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping.

  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, and end customers to maximize market penetration.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to a range of stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.

  • Forecast sales performance, report on KPIs, and contribute to territory planning.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, regional events, and customer meetings.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven track record in territory or regional sales, ideally covering multi-state or major metro markets.

  • Experience working with channel partners or distribution networks is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.

  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed.
