Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Manufacturing Vertical North America Full-Time

Overview

Our client, a global leader in advanced security and technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Manufacturing Vertical to drive strategic growth across North America. Reporting to the Director of Sales for North America, this role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy within the manufacturing sector, identifying enterprise opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who combines deep industry knowledge, strong enterprise sales experience, and a passion for security and surveillance technologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, shaping vertical strategy, and helping customers modernize their security environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales and business plan focused on the manufacturing vertical across North America.

  • Identify, develop, and close enterprise-level opportunities within manufacturing organizations and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with the broader North American sales team to drive engagement strategies and improve results within the manufacturing sector.

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, trade associations, and industry groups to generate new opportunities.

  • Partner with internal teams to develop marketing initiatives including campaigns, trade shows, digital content, and industry-focused sales tools.

  • Support the sales team with resources, messaging, and presentations that clearly articulate the company’s value proposition within the manufacturing vertical.

  • Identify new market opportunities, partnership strategies, and business initiatives that expand reach and strengthen competitive positioning.

  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and pricing dynamics while maintaining strong knowledge of competing solutions.

  • Provide insights to product management regarding market needs, product gaps, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Coordinate customer engagement activities such as demonstrations, webinars, on-site meetings, and industry events.

  • Manage allocated resources including demo equipment, marketing budgets, and travel budgets to support business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales cycles.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience selling video security, surveillance, or access control solutions.

  • At least 2+ years of enterprise sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Experience working with channel partners and partner-led sales strategies.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to confidently discuss complex technology solutions.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales strategy, go-to-market execution, and consultative selling.

  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across North America (up to 80%).
