**Regional Sales Manager — Arizona & Colorado

Full-Time Remote within AZ or CO**

Overview

Our client is seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Arizona and Colorado markets. This individual will take ownership of a dynamic, two-state territory, cultivating relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and positioning the company’s solutions with customers and channel partners. The role offers the autonomy of remote work while partnering closely with a supportive, growth-minded leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales efforts across Arizona and Colorado, with clear accountability for territory planning and revenue growth.

  • Develop a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, strategic networking, and disciplined territory management.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key accounts to expand market presence.

  • Deliver impactful product demos, sales presentations, and technical overviews to a variety of customer stakeholders.

  • Monitor competitive activity and market shifts to inform strategic adjustments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, product updates, and customer support.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to leadership.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, regional industry events, and on-site customer visits.

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated success in territory or regional sales, ideally across multi-state regions or Western U.S. markets.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with customers and partners.

  • A proactive, hunter-oriented approach to identifying and pursuing new business.

  • Experience selling through distribution or channel ecosystems is helpful.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable working independently while managing a geographically diverse territory.

  • Ability to travel across Arizona and Colorado as required.
