They have engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them an exceptional Sales Executive.  ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation.
Position Summary:
·         Has overall sales responsibility for assigned territory.  Plans, directs and controls activities of the territory to accomplish planned financial objectives.  Has responsibility for the planning and performance for all of the sales, product implementation, customer training and sales administrative data / activities.  
·         Exercises considerable judgment within the defined company procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Develops and executes territory plans to increase market share, increase revenues per customer with a primary focus on growing the territory business through profitable sales to new customers.  Has a focus on driving and maximizing territory profitability.
·         Maintain and build relationships with key company sponsored resellers to assist with and drive territory sales.  Partner with appropriate resellers to grow and close joint sales opportunities.
·         Partner with service representatives and service management, assists with presentations as needed and customer product use issues as required.
·         Maintains customer and prospect database (Oracle), continuous improvement focus on customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building and maintains general administrative functions for the territory.
·         Attends and may be required to manage assigned industry trade shows and conventions.               
Qualifications:
  • You must have a demonstrated track record of 4+ years of sales success in complex B2B Consultative Solution Selling (e.g., The Challenger Sale)
  • Ideal candidate will have experience selling in High Value Tangibles (capital equipment/long sales cycle)
  • Most of your clients will be downtown LA, so living close to downtown is a big plus. However, your territory is from Santa Barbara to San Diego so you must have a valid driver's license
Education:                                 
Bachelor's Degree in technical field or equivalent experience.    

Decision-Making Responsibility:
Goal is to increase market share in a competitive industry and targeted vertical markets.  Good customer contact management skills and knowledge of customer activities, workflow and information management needs.

Compensation:
Base Salary plus car plus commissions (OTE $100K +)
