This Role Offers:
- Competitive base salary with highly rewarding, uncapped commission structure.
- Business expenses reimbursed (meals, mileage, lodging, etc.).
- Optional straight commission model available after 12 months.

Focus:
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within the flexible packaging and distribution industry.
- Maintain and expand an existing book of business while pursuing new client accounts.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RHP’s product offerings.
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in flexible packaging, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of generating $1M–$5M in sales annually.
- Existing book of business in the packaging or related sectors is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, including:
Plastic containment bags and load securing films
Labels, tapes, and other packaging materials
- Custom poly solutions: shrink bundle film, pallet covers, stretch wrap, poly sheeting, and tubing
- Packaging equipment: stretch wrappers, shrink bundle equipment, and strapping systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel 80%+ if not based in the Los Angeles region, including regular travel to HQ.
