Company: The client is a 2 year old Digital Banking Start-up focused on Community Banks. Their solutions integrate with Fiserv cores and offer modern, scalable, affordable digital banking solutions for Banks looking to service their small business customers.
Position: Sales Executive - Hunter role focused on selling Digital Banking Solutions to Community Banks under 2B
Target Market: Community Banks 2B in assets and less, National
Location: Remote Office
Compensation: Base + Commissions + Bonus + Equity +Traditional Benefits
Travel: up to 50% for prospect meetings, demos, conferences
Experience requirements:
- Passionate about the mission of community banking and improving the tools available to small businesses.
- Former banker preferred, particularly those who’ve made the transition to the vendor side of fintech sales and understand the needs of Community Banks working with small business.
- Proven experience selling Digital Banking into community banks under $2B in assets.
- Skilled in event strategy—from pre-show planning and on-site networking to timely post-event follow-up.
- Hunter mentality: energized by prospecting, opening doors, and driving new business.
- Prefers a hands-on, direct sales approach—comfortable running the full sales cycle, from first touch to signed deal.
- Background in startups or high-growth environments is required—this role is not suited for someone making their first move out of a large enterprise.
- Thrives in small, nimble teams where initiative, autonomy, and grit matter more than titles or processes
