Implementation Engineer – Remote, United States – Full-Time
Overview
Our client is a global leader in AI-powered video analytics, known for delivering scenario-based solutions that enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency across diverse industries. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join their dynamic team and lead the delivery of complex deployments from inception through to go-live.
What You’ll Do

Drive end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, installation, deployment, training, and execution.

Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their technical and operational needs.

Serve as a key point of contact, coordinating deliverables and milestones across clients, partners, and integrators.

Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional technical challenges beyond standard support scope.

Lead system upgrade initiatives in alignment with internal and customer timelines.

Set and manage customer expectations, ensuring timely and successful implementations.

Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, including Sales, R&D, and Project Management.

Adapt to scope changes, assess risks, and implement effective contingency plans.

Provide ongoing technical support through various channels (on-site, remote, phone, email).

Handle diagnostics related to hardware, software, networking, and configuration.
What You’ll Need
-
Proven experience in Implementation Engineering, Technical Support, or related technical roles.

Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Hands-on expertise working with Elastic databases.

Strong grasp of server/storage architecture, networking (TCP/IP), and client/server systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate technical details clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus.

Familiarity with HA (High Availability) architectures, video analytics, and VMS (Video Management Software) is beneficial.

Knowledge of IP cameras and network protocols (RTSP, ONVIF) is essential.

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Cisco) are a plus.
