Sales Engineer

Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Provides an AI-powered communications platform designed to automate workflows and interactions across multiple channels.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Design tailored solutions by aligning customer needs with the capabilities, considering technical, deployment, and security factors.
  • Assess client tech landscapes to anticipate execution challenges and strategy shifts.
  • Develop architectural ‘blueprints’ detailing the integration and configuration.
  • Support Sales Executives in pre-sales, leading scoping sessions and crafting solution proposals.
  • Deliver demos, analyze customer data, and provide ROI insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop feasible, profitable solutions and provide product feedback.
  • Track market trends, identify competitive risks, and contribute to the technology evolution.

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect of a technical product.
  • Ability to deliver demonstrations to both business and technology users/audiences.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS and Contact Center Sales.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term needs.
  • Experience in healthcare tech or ML/AI/NLU technologies is a plus.
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding- an advantage.

Compensation $130k-$190k, Unlimited PTO, Healthcare Plan (including vision and dental), 401K, long weekends every quarter, remote working model, $150 per month for mobile and internet expenses.
