Sales Engineer

An outstanding, full-time opportunity has become available with an industry leading manufacturer in the Springfield, MA area for a Sales Engineer with a sales background in the Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing industry (preferably the plating Industry). This role earns a generous base salary with commission plus a fantastic benefits package that includes a retirement plan, dental, life insurance, PTO, company van and gas expenses provided and other terrific perks.

**This role is open to operate anywhere within the New England territory that is also in a commutable distance to the Manufacturer near Montclair, NJ for occasional visits to this facility.

Required work experience includes:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Territory Sales as a Road Warrior in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry is a MUST
• Previous success in both Sustaining and Establishing Client Relationships is a MUST
• Demonstrated success in reviewing purchase orders, scheduling routes weekly, arranging pick-ups/deliveries, and staying organized is a MUST
• Willingness and experience regularly traveling throughout the New England territory is a MUST
• Knowledge of Industrial/machinery processes (metal finishing, plating, powdered coating, electro-plating, anodizing, etc.) is a HUGE PLUS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field is a HUGE PLUS
