Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in bridging the gap between advanced robotic solutions and our customers' needs. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional communication and engineering skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Consultation:

    • Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate robotic solutions to address their challenges.
    • Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations tailored to client needs.
  2. Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
    • Develop detailed quotes and solutions based on customer specifications.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of robotic products, services, and technologies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
  4. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for technical inquiries.
    • Support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale technical support.
  5. Project Collaboration:

    • Work closely with engineering, product development, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  6. Training and Support:

    • Train clients on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
    • Provide ongoing technical support to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in robotics, automation, or manufacturing sectors.
    • Familiarity with robotic systems, industrial automation, and integration processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills:

    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with programming languages used in robotics is a plus.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
