Sales Engineer for CNC Precision Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on CNC processes and the sales of precision machined parts or machine time. Salary: $100,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, understanding their needs to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide detailed technical information and engineering support about our products, services, and CNC capabilities.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, plan strategic sales approaches to secure new business.
  • Prepare precise cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, technical documents, and collaborating with technical experts.
  • Evaluate and propose enhancements in customer equipment and processes that will improve their operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate order processes with technical staff, managing engineering adjustments and cost-effectiveness.
  • Offer comprehensive technical training and support to customers, ensuring they can utilize our products to their full potential.
  • Create detailed sales and engineering reports to track sales activity, market trends, and application effectiveness.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry advances by participating in workshops, reviewing professional publications, and engaging in networks.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve pressing challenges and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Proven technical proficiency in CNC manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in selling precision machined parts or machinery logistics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
