Job Description

Our client is a well-known food company looking for someone to support and elevate their foodservice team. This position blends sales enablement, marketing, strategy, and product management. It is designed for someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to go-to-market strategy and ensuring the sales team shows up in a polished, consistent way with customers like Sysco, US Foods, and large restaurant chains.

If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end and working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and leadership, I would love to connect and share more. This is a high-visibility, hands-on opportunity to replace scattered decks, outdated collateral, and one-off presentations with a unified system that strengthens customer relationships and increases win rates.

Why This Role Stands Out

Strategic Impact: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and leadership to define the standard for how the company presents its products to national and regional distributors, operators, and restaurant groups.
Sales Enablement Focus: Build a full library of templates, tools, and presentations that give the sales team everything they need to walk into customer meetings prepared and aligned.
Foundation Building: Create the processes, structure, and brand consistency that will finally bring the foodservice sales story under one umbrella.

What You’ll Own

  • Create uniform, on-brand sales presentations and customer decks that the entire foodservice team can use.
  • Develop templates, sell sheets, product overviews, and customer-facing materials that feel modern and aligned.
  • Work with sales leaders to customize tools for top accounts while keeping brand structure intact.
  • Manage timelines, creative workflow, and outside resources when needed.
  • Write and edit clear, concise product and value messaging.
  • Ensure every sales tool reflects a consistent look, voice, and customer experience.

What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within food manufacturing and foodservice.
  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Operations.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with standard office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Northern Chicagoland headquarters.Compensation & Benefits
