- Provides cloud-based infrastructure to support innovation in health-related technologies.
- Centralizes and streamlines deployment of technical applications in research and clinical settings.
- Enables professionals to explore tools ranging from basic models to advanced AI.
- Aims to enhance collaboration across science, tech, and healthcare.
- Focuses on improving outcomes, driving efficiencies, and accelerating discoveries.
- Promotes modernization of health research and technology integration.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic partnerships across health systems, life sciences, CROs, and digital health innovators
- Execute on a repeatable outbound motion by engaging decision-makers and building strong relationships across clinical, innovation, and commercial teams
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Help define and refine our ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, based on real-world feedback and evolving market signals
- Partner with leadership to test early commercial offers, messaging, and pricing strategies
- Represent Health Universe at key industry conferences and events to build awareness and expand network reach
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging, surface feedback, and shape GTM execution
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline tracking to support forecasting and strategy
- Help build the foundation for a scalable sales process and future team expansion
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in solution sales within healthcare technology, life sciences, or related B2B tech
- 3+ years of experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams, even in a matrixed or informal leadership structure
- Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while thinking strategically
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to procurement — with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both executive and technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven solutions
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, research platforms, or digital health tools
- Background in early-stage startups or building GTM teams from the ground up
