- Healthcare technology company focused on supporting clinical decision-making and improving care outcomes
- Provides tools and content that help professionals make more informed and efficient decisions
- Works with healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and industry partners
- Combines data, technology, and domain expertise to enhance real-time decision support
- Established platform with a strong presence across clinical and educational environments
- Prospecting: Consistently find new opportunities with new and existing healthcare customers (hospitals, rural healthcare facilities, urgent care, retail healthcare, government).
- Developing a qualified pipeline and tracking the sales process, contacts, relevant opportunities in the CRM system
- Qualification: Ensure all pipeline opportunities meet minimal qualifications to include need, timing, budget, capabilities match and implementation schedule
- Presenting: Effectively present a business-driven proposal as needed to convince the business level, user level and financial level decision makers why these solutions should be purchased now and not from your competitors
- Ability to understand customer business needs to align to product solutions
- Close sales timely to meet quarterly individual and team business objectives
- Follows the sales process including handoff process to Client Success team
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or scientific discipline. Medical or Healthcare preferred.
- 3-years of solution focused, relationship building or sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to influence others in relation to product knowledge, product benefits and customer needs and service
- Ability to adapt communication and/or selling style to suit audiences’ needs
- Ability to learn, comprehend and translate complex medical information and technology
- Ability to develop strong, customer-focused relationships with appropriate members of the medical community
- Ability to connect with local stakeholders as needed, and understand community priorities.
- Knowledge of the challenges facing rural healthcare, as well as regulatory and reimbursement models
- Seeks and embraces coaching and feedback for continuous professional development
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed, a self-starter
