Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of a leader in supply chain and distribution integration.
Responsible for actively pursuing new valued business opportunities to qualify leads and customer needs, resulting in solution recommendation, negotiation, and pricing. Long-term goals include new business development, account revenue growth and increasing account responsibility (array of products and level of relationship). Coordinates complete sales cycle process including prospect list initiation, lead generation, prospect qualification, development of a business case, concept, design, alternatives analysis, selecting best solution and vendors, estimating and pricing, proposal development, and the closing of the sale. Including customer service follow-up after the deployment of solution(s), and project and program management. Will work in collaboration with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Site managers, and other support functions. Challenge is to expand account base, increase revenues and improve profitability.

Background Required:
- Supply Chain Systems/Solutions business development with an Integrator (5 years)
- Proven results of system sales and relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of conveyers, sortation, pick modules, automation, robotics, systems & controls
- Consultative selling with solutions design and process improvement services
- Best practices with analysis, design, and selection in a cross functional environment
- Estimating and Pricing
- Proposal Development
- Project and Program Management
- Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Residence: Remote/Home Office
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
