Sales Director – Independent Jeweler Channel
Territory: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas (Remote)
Reports to: Vice President, Sales

We’re seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage and grow our independent jeweler business in the Southern U.S. territory.
Position Summary

As the Sales Director – Independent Jeweler Channel, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Your expertise in business development, market strategy, and client engagement will be pivotal to expanding our presence and solidifying our reputation as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development

Manage an existing portfolio of independent retail jewelers while actively pursuing new account growth.

Meet and exceed sales revenue goals and key performance indicators.

Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall company strategy.

Foster deep relationships with store owners, buyers, and associates.

Train retail partners on product features, selling techniques, and digital tools.

Leverage industry insights to manage assortments and advise partners.
Analytical Thinking & CRM

Analyze sales data including sell-in, sell-thru, returns, turn rates, and margin performance.

Identify growth opportunities using CRM and other business intelligence tools.

Maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer interactions, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Retail Support & Visual Merchandising

Optimize brand visibility in-store, including displays, signage, and product placement.

Coordinate replenishment strategies and support custom order fulfillment.

Serve as a brand ambassador during trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

8–10+ years of experience in a sales role with a demonstrated track record of account management in fine jewelry, diamond, bridal, or wedding band industry.

Proven success in B2B sales and independent account management.

Existing relationships with key retailers in the region.

Familiarity with retail buying cycles, customer segmentation, and merchandising best practices.
