As a Specialty Sales Director, reporting to the Executive Sales Director, you will lead sales efforts in a clinical specialty area within a designated geographic region, managing sales representatives to achieve growth and target goals. This includes hiring, training, motivating, and developing the sales team, establishing action plans, managing performance, and collaborating on large deals and key account development.

The role covers the Northeast territory, is largely remote but requires 25-50% travel, and includes a company car and gas card.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales.
  • Experience in precision medicine/oncology/dermatology sales.
  • Large account management skills.
  • Demonstrated sales process knowledge and expertise in specific medical fields.
  • Leadership or management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Knowledge and Competencies:
