Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Our client, an IT Solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated In-House Sales Development Representative with proven experience in selling internet, data bandwidth, IT, Cyber, and Applications projects and services to SME and corporate clients in Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
· Prospect, engage, and convert SME and corporate clients.
· Promote and sell Organization’s solutions.
· Manage the sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
· Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Report market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to management.
Qualifications & Experience
· HND/Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience selling ICT and Cyber solutions to SMEs in Ghana.
· Strong portfolio of past sales achievements with proven client network.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
