The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental sustainability, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients in the recycling and waste management sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recycling and waste industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the recycling or waste management industries
• Strong understanding of the recycling processes, waste management trends, and sustainability initiatives
• Proven ability to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
