As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will qualify leads, identify sales opportunities, and leverage exploratory conversations to pitch the value of our Principals. You will book introductory sales meetings for Account Executives to assist in closing potential new business deals through detailed discovery reach outs & calls.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a strong pipeline of customers by qualifying potential leads for our valued Principals
  • Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the GSM Principal Portfolio of product & services
  • Partner with Account Executives to successfully book consultative introductory meetings in alignment with our strategic partners capabilities
  • Set yourself up for a successful long-term tech sales career by mastering the fundamentals and piloting new outreach strategies

Travel:
  • Local Detroit and Michigan travel is mandatory.
  • Travel outside Michigan will occasionally be required.
  • Engineering support will be provided to the maximum degree (often allowing this position to operate autonomously and separately)
Compensation:

  • This role is salaried combined with COMMISSION.
  • Commission is accounted for upon the successful launch and production of a new product.
  • Commission will commense during the duration of production of the new product.

  • This is NOT a 1099 role or contract role.
