The Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a dynamic commercial team. The SDR will focus on generating pipeline by qualifying inbound and outbound leads, prospecting new accounts, and setting meetings for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone eager to break into technology sales, build relationships, and grow into a closing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).

  • Manage inbound lead flow and conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit.

  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and demos.

  • Research target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies.

  • Track activity and maintain clean data within CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly activity and meeting targets.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Comfortable working remotely across Mountain or Pacific time zones.

  • Prior SaaS, drone technology, or geospatial industry experience is a plus.
