POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide timely administrative support to sales representatives and operational support of tradeshows, conversions, product databases and sales programs/initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Sales Representatives with administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, formulary cards, posters, side by sides, samples, cost comparisons, CLFs, COD process, unassigned account requests, and order issues.
• Maintain Sales & Marketing Hub with current brand materials, rosters, and tools.
• Maintain accurate product data in major product databases by entering and proofing data in Cerebro, AccurateConversion, & Hybris.
• Provide operational support for sales strategies, new program execution and RFPs.
• Provide data management support for product changes, adds, discontinuations to tools such as, but not limited to, cross references, stocking forms, distributor cross references, and spec sheets.
• Support National Accounts with ad hoc requests for samples, program support, and data management.
• Process sample requests for large National Account homecares.
• Coordinate event planning for Regional tradeshows. Track and maintain budgets.
• Work with SAP to create POs and process payments.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma, Associates or Bachelors Degree a plus
• Two-Three years’ experience in general office administration
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong proficiency in PC skills including programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate directly and effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
• Creative business thinking while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A strong sense of urgency, high degree of initiative, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
