Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by proactively reaching out to customers via cold calling and trade visit to generate orders for the company’s sales van. This role involves establishing and
maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cold Calling & Order Generation :- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to secure orders for sales vans.
- Present the company’s product offerings (juices) in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Provide detailed information about product availability, pricing and promotions.
- Maintain a call log and report daily activities to the Sales Manager.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or promotional offers.
- Sales Coordination :
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment delivery and merchandising.
- Communicate customer feedback and special requests to the sales team.
- Assist in planning routes and schedules for the sales vans to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Sales Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders and feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer acquisition and retention.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to the cold-calling process.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.
- Assist in organizing customer events, product demos and tastings.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental meetings for problem solving and team building activities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented, growth mind-set.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service will be considered and asset
- Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales is highly desirable.
