About Our Client

Our client, a fast-growing company in the Financial Services Sector, is seeking a Bilingual (French speaking) Sales Associate to support their fast-paced sales teams. This position can operate out of either Montreal or Toronto.

Responsibilities
As part of the support team, the Bilingual Sales Associate will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

• Provide accurate detailed data in French – inputting it in to a database management system
• Enter data that affects inventory, purchases and sales functions
• Come to work with a positive and high energy attitude
• Support a group of sales specialists with tracking, creation of sales orders, shipment information, and invoices
• Process invoices, sales orders, and other requests in French and English

Qualifications
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Extremely personable, both on the phone and in person
• Proven ability to work with a database management system
• Strong iwritten and spoken French and English
• 1 or more years of experience in a similar role supporting a sales team
