Sales Associate (Calls Centre)
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sales Associate (Calls Centre) to join their growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Take inbound calls or make outbound calls using inbuilt dialer to assist clients with hardcore sales
- Performs moderately complex transaction processing work
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines
- Incumbents have a good understanding of their specific product or functional area and are flexible in
attitude - The successful candidate should have problem solving and analytic mindset, attention to detail and
ability to work in a target driven environment is a must - Ensure that the calls are handled as per Desktop procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met
- Ensure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by
Process Excellence standards - Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Requirements:
- Must have a National Senior Certificate ( Matric Certificate)
- Must have a Clear Credit record
- Must have a Clear Criminal record
- Admin and call centre experience required (1year)
- Sales experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English (Level B2 English Proficiency)
- R 6500 basic
- Medical Aid contribution R764
- Pension plan contribution 5%
Shifts - 24/7 Rotational shift environment
Starting Date -12th April 2023
Location - Based in Cape Town, Western Cape
