Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders
  • Update order status and create sales & other reports
  • Assist with customer service for general inquiries and provide accurate information by using the right methods/tools
  • Track shipments and update customers if there are any delay
  • Perform other support tasks as requested by manager
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service experience.
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing


Working Hours

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm
