This position conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers.
They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.

  • Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • To summarize customer requests and questions and communicate them to the engineer.
  • Attend the Trade show and get new clients (1 or 2 times a Three months/Location: San Francisco / Bay area)
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customers' needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • English & Japanese Bilingual (English: Over Business level / Japanese: Conversational level)
  • 2 + years of sales or business development background is desired
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and desire to develop business relationships
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Keep Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Some Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Valid Driver's License
