This position conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.
Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
To summarize customer requests and questions and communicate them to the engineer.
Attend the Trade show and get new clients (1 or 2 times a Three months/Location: San Francisco / Bay area)
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customers' needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
English & Japanese Bilingual (English: Over Business level / Japanese: Conversational level)
2 + years of sales or business development background is desired
Ability to build rapport with clients and desire to develop business relationships
Able to work well under pressure
Focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving, negotiation, and time management skills
Keep Deadline and detail-oriented
Some Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
