Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and close sales with growers, distributors, and agricultural service providers
- Leverage existing PCA and dealer relationships to drive revenue
- Provide agronomic expertise and support on biological product applications
Market & Industry Insights
- Stay ahead of agriculture trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and grower meetings
- Work with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
Territory & Travel Expectations
- Central Valley focus, with possible expansion to Northern & Southern California
- Regular full-day travel and occasional overnight stays
