Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and close sales with growers, distributors, and agricultural service providers
  • Leverage existing PCA and dealer relationships to drive revenue
  • Provide agronomic expertise and support on biological product applications

Market & Industry Insights

  • Stay ahead of agriculture trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and grower meetings
  • Work with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies

Territory & Travel Expectations

  • Central Valley focus, with possible expansion to Northern & Southern California
  • Regular full-day travel and occasional overnight stays
