Job Description

Internal Sales Administration – Sefton

Working with a small company this is a permanent sales administrator / customer services role.
The client is willing to train the right person for this role but it does require the candidate to understand general administration duties. No hard selling involved

Duties may include but not limited to

  • Manage all incoming phone calls and provide calls with direction to the relevant staff member;
  • Assist in the continuous development of a well-structured filing system, ensuring that all data is in electronic format and files are kept up to date and organised;
  • Produce general correspondence, memoranda, and reports and correspondence of a confidential nature;
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors;
  • Distribute incoming internal and external correspondence in a timely manner;
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order as necessary ensuring received supplies are correct;

This permanent role is 9-5pm Monday to Friday working in the Sefton office
