Location: Downtown Vancouver
Starting Date: before June 15
Work hours: 35hrs/week: core time 9-5 however you can start anytime between 7-10am for 8-hr shift after the training period with a direct supervisor’s permission
Compensations: 50-58K for Sales Administrator / 58-62K for Senior Sales Administrator

Vacation: 1st year prorated, after 1 year- 3years 15days, after 4 years – 20days
Main Job duties:
- Share and support the Business department's strategy through administrative tasks.
- Collect daily downloads and transfer data to Excel spreadsheets for processing.
- Prepare documents related to trade contracts, purchases, returns, and damaged materials.
- Handle invoicing, debit/credit note preparation, and ensure proper posting to the SAP accounting system.
- Follow up on contract regulations, communicate with the traffic department, and address other inquiries.
- Generate monthly reports on scrap, month-end inventories, overdue accounts, and account clearing activities.
- Manage office requirements such as arranging courier service for the department.
- Process credit line applications and secure timely approvals.
- Monitor supply and pricing trends.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
- Assist with quotations and proposals for the sales activities.
- Organize and prepare marketing materials including market data collocations and analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree, or general college diploma + equivalent experience and training in a related field
- Junior position 1-3 yr. / Senior position3-7 years similar experience
- Inside sales support experience in the steel industry is an asset.
- Working knowledge of logistics (inland/overseas) and accounting required.
- Excellent administrative and control skills
- Solid understanding of contract details and procedures to be observed under corporate guidelines
- Able to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus with persuasive, collaborative communication.
- Adaptable and effective problem-solver, both independently and in teams.
- Proficient in general office equipment and software, including accounting tools, MUGEN, MS Office, and Power BI.
- Skilled in using computer systems to monitor and control processes.
