Rapidly growing Raleigh company is looking for an Sales Administrative Assistant with Salesforce experience to support its Sales Team. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide overall administrative support to the VP of Sales and the Sales Team
  • Create sales reports and marketing presentations
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Generate advanced reports through Salesforce
  • Track sales leads
  • Make travel reservations and prepare travel expense reports
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office
  • 3+ years executive assistant experience supporting a Sales Team
  • Excellent job stability
  • Experience working within an SaaS industry preferred
