- Provide overall administrative support to the VP of Sales and the Sales Team
- Create sales reports and marketing presentations
- Budget tracking and reporting
- Generate advanced reports through Salesforce
- Track sales leads
- Make travel reservations and prepare travel expense reports
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office
- 3+ years executive assistant experience supporting a Sales Team
- Excellent job stability
- Experience working within an SaaS industry preferred
