Sales Administration Manager

Our client is seeking an energetic, people-driven leader to elevate a high-performing Sales support/coordinator team that supports a national industry leader in paper-based manufacturing and printing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent, strengthen customer relationships, and directly impact company growth by coaching and developing a team. This position is working onsite at their location in Chicago.

As a key member of the management team, you’ll lead and mentor coordinators in pricing, estimating, manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and world-class customer communication. You will be the go-to escalation expert, a trusted liaison between Sales and Operations, and the driver of service excellence.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in building strong teams, enjoys problem-solving, and finds purpose in developing people to reach their potential. Candidates with printing, manufacturing or paper-based industry experience will excel in this environment.
