REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's
• Up to 5 yrs of progressive sales exp developing major account relationships and meeting personal sales goals and new business
• Strong work ethic, team player, driven, and negotiation skills
• Prior outside Sales experience within the packaging/containers industry- MUST
• Experience with larger CPG's -plus
• Able to travel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a business plan for each account and establish new business opportunities.
• Grow market share, product margin and book of business within assigned territory.
• Prepare, organize and present customer presentations.
• Research/Analyze sales forecasts, new business and budget preparation.
