Lead the China growth agenda
Own the commercial strategy for a trusted global automotive Tier 1 supplier. You will define the go-to-market approach, deepen executive relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s, while driving revenue & margin growth.
Salary & package
Up to 100,000 RMB per month (paid over 13 months), with the potential to earn up to an additional 3 months’ bonus based on performance.

What you will do
- Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for China
- Build, coach and scale a high performing sales and marketing team
- Lead senior relationships with Japanese, European and domestic OEMs and Tier 1s
- Drive pipeline creation, key account planning and bid leadership
- Lead pricing, positioning, forecasting and performance management to lift margin
What you will bring
- 10+ years B2B within the automotive sector
- Proven track record leading commercial teams and delivering growth in China
- Strong experience with OEMs and Tier-1s in complex, technical cycles
- Fluent English and Mandarin
