Job Description

A growing equipment provider serving the food processing industry is seeking a Sales & Equipment Leader to manage and expand its sales efforts across the Eastern U.S.

This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on selling with team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive capital equipment sales while developing and managing a sales team
  • Expand coverage across fragmented and regional customer accounts
  • Lead territory strategy, KPIs, and sales execution
  • Extensive field engagement (≈65% travel)

Ideal Background:

  • Capital equipment sales experience within food processing or packaging
  • Strong technical aptitude and credibility with customers
  • Proven ability to both sell and lead

Location:

  • Preferably in Nashville, TN (relocation support available)
  • Open to candidates across the Eastern U.S.
