Location: Remote, based in Northeast U.S. (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA)

Travel: ~50% with travel recognition program (extra paid weeks off)

Compensation: Base salary + 10% annual bonus + 401(k) match ( up to 5%: 4% dollar for dollar, additional 2% match at 50 cent per dollar)

About the Role and Client
Our client is a renowned primary and secondary test equipment manufacturer. We are helping them with recruiting a Sales & Application Engineer to grow the business in the Northeast U.S. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, including product demonstrations, client support, and sales development across utilities, manufacturers, and industrial power users.
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain client relationships across the region

Conduct product demos, presentations, and post-sales support

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and client meetings

Document activities and maintain pipeline in CRM

Collaborate with sales management on strategy and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
-
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering OR equivalent technical/military experience
-
2+ years in power systems (protection, transmission, or HV apparatus preferred)
-
1+ year in technical sales within electrical/test equipment
-
Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
-
Willingness to travel ~50%
