We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join their growing team in El Paso, TX. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all project personnel, while helping drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and excellence. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Safety Management.
  • Strong background in heavy civil construction safety, preferably with direct experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; CSP, CHST, or other relevant safety certifications highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to implement, monitor, and enforce safety programs across multiple large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Willingness to relocate or already live in El Paso, TX. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all site safety activities for water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and accident/incident investigations.
  • Provide ongoing safety training, toolbox talks, and mentorship to field staff and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate safety records, logs, and reports for management and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and owners to proactively address safety concerns.
