The Role:
As the Safety Manager, you will spearhead the strategy, leadership, and integrity of our client's comprehensive safety and compliance initiatives. This critical role involves developing OSHA-aligned policies, leading plant-wide audits, and conducting root cause analyses for incident prevention. You will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, driving a culture of safety through employee engagement and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment. You must have expert-level knowledge of OSHA regulations, LOTO, and Confined Space requirements. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who is comfortable traveling between facilities and thrives on the plant floor.
