REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish)
• Experience coaching people
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• 1-2 year's experience in the Construction Safety Industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation & maintenance of all safety and loss control programs/company policies
• Maintain a written safety program, including weekly tool box talks.
• Conduct regular safety audits of all projects, including mock OSHA inspections
• Confirm that safety management system requirements are established, implemented, and maintained
• Completes, records, and maintains employee training and guidance in the area of safety policies
