WSIB Case Management

Duties:

• Review and understand company policies.
• Receive & file injured worker reports to server.
• Organize and maintain injured worker profiles & updates.
• File & submit Form 7 to WSIB website.
• Communicate with Health & Safety team regarding injured workers’ status.
• Communicate with WSIB via phone and/or email regarding injured worker status.
• Review all WSIB correspondence; file all documentation on server.
• Scan and organize (file) all injured worker documents to file (paper copy).

Requirements:

• Must be proficient with knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel).
• Must be organized and proficient in communication (verbal & written).
• Must have time management skills (time-sensitive requirement).

COR Certification (Internal Auditor)

Duties:

• Review company H&S manual & policies.
• Review company internal audit requirements for COR.
• Administer & oversee the company COR program.
• Complete and submit COR documentation.
• Act as a liaison between the employer and the IHSA for COR program.
• Perform internal audit.
• Communicate with senior management of corrective actions.
• Generate audit reports.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient with knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel).
• Must be organized and proficient in communication (verbal & written).
• Training is required – (basic audit principles - COR essentials – COR internal auditor).
• Willing to train acceptable candidates.
