Job Description

The Injury Prevention Manager maintains and strengthens relationships with current customers while overseeing the staff’ on projects for which they are responsible. The Manager is accountable for driving the efforts and deliverables for customers and is responsible for developing financial and budget controls for the projects.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop/support Customer Discovery
  • Opportunity, Definition & Escalation
  • Greater Market Need Assessment
  • Develop/support Sales Process
    • Discussion Document Creation
    • RFQ Response
  • Develop and submit Proposals to Customer
  • Maintain/Support Customer Payment Process
  • Maintain and build customer relationships
  • Participate in Project Reviews/Status Meetings
  • Provide leadership in the following areas:
    • Change Management
    • Problem Management
    • Resource Management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS or MS in Engineering or a related discipline, or the equivalent experience
  • CPE or CCPE certification preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in one or more of the following areas:
    • Engineering
    • Manufacturing
    • I.T. systems
    • Ergonomics/Human Factors
