SVP Product Marketing
POSITION: SVP Product Management
COMPENSATION: $450K - $550K+ OTE (depending upon experience)

- Experience with both direct and partner-led go-to-market models.
- Experience marketing to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems, service provider models, and technology alliance strategies.
- Experience with AI-enabled communications, customer experience platforms, workforce collaboration, or productivity solutions.
- Experience supporting M&A integration, portfolio rationalization, packaging strategy, or category repositioning.
- Strong customer orientation and experience using customer stories, proof points, and market evidence to shape compelling narratives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- The successful candidate will be a senior product marketing executive with significant experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud communications, collaboration, enterprise SaaS, or closely related technology markets. They will bring a proven ability to position complex technology portfolios, influence market perception, support revenue growth, lead analyst and influencer engagement, and operate as a trusted executive-level business partner.
- The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing a board-level market narrative, preparing for industry analyst briefings, coaching a sales team on competitive differentiation, speaking at industry events, and mentoring a team of product marketers.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, corporate marketing, or related go-to-market leadership roles within B2B technology.
- Significant experience in cloud communications, collaboration, contact center, enterprise SaaS, or adjacent markets.
- Demonstrated success leading product marketing for complex technology portfolios with multiple buyer personas, routes to market (especially channel), and competitive dynamics.
- Deep experience developing positioning, messaging, competitive narratives, product launches, sales enablement, and executive-level go-to-market strategy.
- Strong understanding of industry analysts and market influencers, with experience preparing executive teams for briefings, shaping market narratives, and strengthening external positioning.
- Proven experience serving as an external spokesperson with analysts, media, customers, partners, and industry audiences.
- Experience leading and developing teams, including senior product marketers.
- Track record of partnering effectively with Product, Sales, Channel, Marketing, and executive leadership.
- Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across functions and levels.
