SVP NA Sales

Salary: $200,000/year Compensation Range: $350,000—$400,000/year Full medical insurance, dental benefits, retirement and more, EOO.
Role Importance:
A high-visibility, strategic role, overseeing North American sales efforts and crafting impactful sales strategies. Lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships across diverse markets.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
- Partner with executives to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Lead and mentor in the North American Sales and Business Development team.
- Build relationships with C-level leaders to understand and address their cybersecurity needs.
- Oversee forecasts, meet sales targets, and create long-term strategic contracts.
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies.
What You Need:
- Over 12 years of enterprise sales experience (SaaS or Services), consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
- 10+ years of executive-level US sales management experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth within security or cybersecurity services or products.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven focus.
- Visionary leader, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and team development.
