We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader for the role of Senior Vice President, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a team-oriented environment, prioritizing client service, leveraging technology, and driving innovation. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, diplomacy, and the ability to engage effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Vision: Lead the IPD division, exemplifying high standards in leadership, quality of work, and collaboration. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong business acumen, exceptional talent management, and ethical leadership.

Operations Leadership Team: Actively participate in the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring that the IPD division’s needs are represented while aligning with the broader company objectives.

Market Growth: Understand and expand the IPD market in line with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the broader company vision.

Core Values Alignment: Conduct business and decision-making processes in strict alignment with the company's core values, emphasizing the importance of how objectives are achieved, not just the results.

Leadership of IPD Team: Manage the IPD leadership team to achieve key goals, including financial performance, sales, staff development, safety, risk management, project performance, and enterprise collaboration.

Risk Management: Implement and uphold company risk management policies and practices, striving to minimize project-related risks across the region.

Travel Requirements: Travel 30% to 50% as required.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required. Professional registration is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in environmental IPD within public and private sectors. Proven experience in financial management, including P&L responsibility.

Project and Portfolio Management: Demonstrated experience managing a large portfolio of projects with significant business impact, and success in a matrixed/enterprise business model.

Executive Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing other leaders, with experience at the executive level.

Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the IPD industry, with a strong presence and understanding of market competitors and the ability to form successful partnerships to enhance business opportunities.

Business Acumen: High level of business acumen, with the ability to drive profitability and strategic growth for the company.
