  • Proven ability to balance creative vision with operational discipline—driving quality, accuracy, on-time delivery, and profitability
  • Experience scaling creative operations, including workflow optimization, resource utilization, and quality control
  • Strong people leader with a track record of developing internal teams and managing freelance/vendor networks
  • Strategic partner mindset; comfortable collaborating with technology, data, and marketing leaders to drive integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing creative budgets, utilization, and billability
