Our client has a great story, strong products, outstanding support organization. Our client provides procurement and strategic sourcing saas ( software as a service ) solutions to over 200 Global 1000 clients and a growing US marketplace. They have over 800+ employees and a physical presence in virtually every major region of the globe. They are recognized as a LEADER in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (2013, 2015, 2017) and have the attention of potential customers who appreciate a full suite of solutions for the procurement and strategic sourcing space.

In this role you will be working with Fortune 500 chief procurement officers (companies >1BB revenue) and leading a team of CSM's to success and renewals. The client offers a suite of products that are complex and business focused as opposed to being IT focused.


- 5+ years experience including leading a SaaS based CSM and / or Delivery team that works with Saas software with products related to Procurement, Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), Travel or Expensing software.
- Should have experience working with a complex suite of enterprise class products that are sold to the business user as opposed to IT oriented. Sold to finance and procurement leaders
- Should have excellent experience working / leading supporting customers who have purchased and installed complex enterprise products
- Good executive presence with procurement and financial executive at fortune 100 - 1500 companies.
- Location EST or CST time zones
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
